What You'll Do 

As Head Bartender, you’ll take the lead in crafting a vibrant and creative bar program that complements our bold, Mediterranean-inspired cuisine. You’ll work closely with the restaurant manager and kitchen team to ensure the bar plays a central role in delivering an extraordinary guest experience. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

- Designing and curating a cocktail menu that reflects the Seven North philosophy—fresh, bold, and inventive.

- Designing and curating a wine list that reflects the Seven North philosophy—fresh, local, and inventive.

- Managing the daily operations of the bar, including inventory, ordering, and maintaining stock levels.

- Training, mentoring, and inspiring the bar team to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards.

- Ensuring consistency in cocktail preparation, presentation, and service.

- Monitoring bar performance, addressing guest feedback, and continuously improving the beverage program.

- Maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant bar environment.
