We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Operational Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our business. Oversee daily operations across departments to ensure smooth and efficient business functioning.
Supervise, train, and support staff to maintain productivity, morale, and service quality.
Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take action to improve results.
Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction (especially relevant in hospitality or food service).
Manage budgets, cost controls, inventory, and ordering systems.
Schedule staff shifts and allocate resources based on business needs.
Resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations (e.g., HACCP standards if applicable).
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and external partners to maintain smooth supply chain operations.
Collaborate with upper management to drive business goals and implement new initiatives.
Proven experience in an operational or management role (minimum 2–5 years preferred).
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong understanding of operational processes, budgeting, and workflow optimization.
Experience with inventory systems, scheduling tools, and performance management.
Knowledge of safety, hygiene, and compliance standards (HACCP or other, depending on industry).
