About the role:

The Senior Bartender at Four Seasons Hotel Prague plays a crucial role in delivering an elevated beverage experience, leading the bar team, and ensuring the highest standards of service and presentation. This position requires advanced knowledge of cocktail creation, beverage trends, and bar management, all while fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment. 

What You will do:

·         Lead the bar team in the preparation and service of high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring all drinks are expertly crafted and presented. 

·         Provide training and mentorship to junior bartenders, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment. 

·         Stay informed about the latest trends in cocktails, spirits, and beverages, introducing new ideas to enhance the menu. 

·         Provide tailored drink recommendations and personalized service, elevating the guest experience. 

·         Manage bar inventory, including ordering supplies, controlling costs, and minimizing waste. 

·         Enforce the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness within the bar area. 

Job requirements

What You will bring:

·         Previous experience in a senior bartending or bar management role in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting. 

·         Expert knowledge of cocktail preparation, wines, spirits, and bar operations. 

·         Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team. 

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction and staff development. 

·         Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. 

·         Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail. 

·         Strong communication skills in English, any additional language at advantage.
