We’re on the lookout for a passionate bartender to join our Alcron Bar team in the lifestyle luxury hotel Almanac X Alcron Prague.

Our goal? To become one of the top bars in the Czech Republic and beyond. Under the leadership of our Bar Manager Lukáš Matulík, we’re building something truly special.

We focus on flavor-forward cocktails, local ingredients, and a minimal-waste approach. If you love mixology, 5-star service, and want to grow with a creative team – this is your place.

What’s the job about?

You’ll work with 9 signature cocktails, each inspired by the rich history of our hotel – one of Prague’s first luxury hotels.

You’ll learn our alcohol display and full bar menu.

You’ll think in zero-waste mode – like figuring out how to reuse squeezed lemons in creative ways.

You’re not afraid of prep work – making shrubs, cordials, and other cocktail ingredients is part of the fun.

You can mix classic drinks based on guests’ mood and preferences.

It’s a hotel bar, so sometimes you’ll pour a beer or make a coffee too.

The bar is open until midnight (1 AM on Fridays and Saturdays).

We rotate positions between bar and floor service – variety guaranteed!

What we’re looking for:

A genuine interest in mixology and the bar scene.

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role – hotel experience is a big plus.

Fluent English and Czech/Slovak.

Flexibility, calm under pressure, and a guest-first mindset.

Solid product knowledge that matches the level of a high-end bar.
