- Answering phone calls or messages.
- Managing the front desk area, ensuring check in/check out.
- Entering new bookings into the system.
- Dealing with email messages.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required.
- Conducting night audit and other related tasks
- Excellent communication skills.
- Professional appearance and appearance.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Flexibility and resilience to stress
- Active knowledge of the English language (other languages an advantage).
- Knowledge of basic computer applications (e.g. MS Office).
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service is an advantage.
- 12-hour shifts.
