Job description

Welcoming guests with a warm and friendly approach

Answering phone calls and messages

Managing the reception area, ensuring check-in / check-out

Entering new reservations into the system (Opera Cloud)

Handling incoming and email messages

Assisting with administrative tasks as needed

Concierge services

Managing extranets (Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, etc.)

Job requirements

Excellent communication skills

Professional appearance and behavior

- Ability to multitask effectively and set priorities

Flexibility and stress resistence

Active knowledge of the English language (other languages are an advantage)

- Knowledge of basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office)

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service is an advantage

- 12-hour shifts

- Apr. 12 shift per month
