As our Head Chef, you will be the driving force behind our culinary vision, leading a high-performing team in a fast-moving, high-energy environment. You will oversee all kitchen operations, guide menu creation, maintain top-level quality standards, and ensure an exceptional dining experience for thousands of guests each season.
Lead, motivate, and develop the entire kitchen team
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and quality
Create and refine menus tailored to our guests and brand identity
Ensure the achievement of the established kitchen standards
Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and food quality regulations
Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and food cost control
Coordinate with management and front-of-house leadership
Maintain a dynamic, positive, and professional kitchen culture
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen (mandatory minimum 2 years)
Professional training or studies in gastronomy, culinary arts, or hospitality (preferred)
Spanish communication skills
Flexibility and adaptability to work in all shifts and weekends, and the drive to continually elevate the guest experience
Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment Strong leadership and team management skills
Expertise in menu development, culinary innovation, and food presentation
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong commitment to quality, hygiene, and operational excellence
