Join Our Luxury Lifestyle Hotel as a Guest Service Representative (Front Desk Receptionist)

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences?
We are seeking a friendly, yet professional Guest Service Representative to be the face of our boutique luxury hotel.

As a key member of our team, you will bring joy and seamless service to our guests. You will report to the Front Office Manager and work closely with all operational departments - including Housekeeping, Engineering, Food and Beverage, Sales & Marketing, and Reservations - to ensure our guests leave with unforgettable memories.

Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
Efficiently handle check-ins and check-outs, paying close attention to guest needs.
Master knowledge of hotel services, especially Food and Beverage offerings in a restaurant, bar, and coffee shop.
Collaborate with all departments to exceed guest expectations and uphold service excellence.
Follow departmental and hotel SOPs while adding your personal touch.
Respond confidently to guest inquiries about hotel features, room categories, and rates.
Apply revenue management strategies by working with price lists effectively.
Maintain active contact with guests, greeting them throughout their stay.
Promote and upsell hotel services, including food & beverage and room upgrades.
Utilize Opera PMS efficiently and confidently.
Stay proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continually improve.
Serve as a role model for your colleagues, inspiring a culture of hospitality.
Work 12-hour shifts, predominantly from 7 am to 7 pm.

What makes you a match

Fluency in English; Czech language skills are a plus.
Experience in a similar role in an upscale hospitality setting.
Exceptional customer service skills with a high level of professionalism.
Sound judgment, quick decision-making, and the ability to handle guest complaints gracefully.
Energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for service excellence.
Integrity, persistence, and a desire to deliver personalized guest experiences.
Flexibility, the ability to stand during the shift.
An EU passport or a valid Czech work visa.
