The Front Office plays a key role in shaping the overall guest experience. With 168 fully serviced apartment-style units, we operate in a highly digitalised reception environment designed to streamline administrative procedures and maximise time for meaningful guest interaction. As the best-reviewed five-star property on the Prague market (9.6 rating on Booking.com), guest satisfaction is at the core of everything we do.
