Sushi Circle started its fine dining journey in 1997, proudly opening our very first restaurant in Frankfurt. We were pioneers, bringing the concept of the sushi circle to Germany.

Today, our passion has spread far and wide: in addition to two restaurants in Dresden and Leipzig, we have more than 300 sushi stores in supermarkets across Germany. Since 2025, we started expanding to Prague!

Our mission is offer our guests a wonderful time and an exotic variety of sushi. Through our sushi stores, we aim to provide truly restaurant-quality sushi easily accessible — even in your local supermarket.

Job requirements
