Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner

Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations when needed

Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen/bar staff

Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently

Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and responding to requests

Handle payments and process transactions accurately

Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areasFollow all hygiene, safety, and service standards

Job requirements

Requirements:

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
