MEMENTO restaurant, located in the heart of Prague (Malá Strana), specializing in modern Italian and Spanish cuisine, is looking for an experienced COOK to join our team. 

Job description

An Italian-Spanish restaurant is looking for a Chef de Partie to manage the starter and pasta department.

Emphasis on organization, cleanliness and a well-prepared workplace

WORKING HOURS

On weekdays: 11:00 – 22:00

Weekends: 11:00 AM – 10:30 PM

OPENING DAYS

Open 5 days a week: Tuesday - Saturday

SCHEDULE

Long/short week system

Any additional days are paid separately.

Job requirements

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Independent management of the starter and pasta section

Preparing dough according to exact recipes

Daily preparation of fresh pasta, gnocchi and fermented butter

Close collaboration with the kitchen team to maintain high standards

Emphasis on organization, cleanliness and a well-prepared workplace
