We are taking over an established delivery/takeaway branch in Prague (Strašnice). We are not looking for an office manager; we need a hands-on professional who can step behind the oven and actively run the line. We are looking for an independent Kitchen Operator who will treat the kitchen as their own.

Job description

Hands-on preparation and cooking of our core menu (primarily Pizza, Pasta & Burgers).

Independently managing the kitchen operations during your shift.

Maintaining strict quality control, hygiene standards, and fast ticket times (coordinating seamlessly with delivery drivers).

Job requirements

Proven experience as a line cook or chef with the ability to handle high-volume service.

Direct experience with pizza and pasta preparation (we can quickly train you on the rest of the menu).

Absolute independence, reliability, and practical common sense.
