Job description

- Supervise and support the F&B team during service

- Ensure consistent quality of service in line with The Julius standards

- Guide and develop team members through day-to-day coaching

- Maintain a smooth and attentive dining experience for every guest

- Work closely with the kitchen and wider hotel team

Job requirements

- Experience in catering and à la carte service

- A professional, guest-oriented approach

- Communicative English

- Flexibility for afternoon shifts

- A presentable manner and a calm, composed presence
