What’s the role about?

As a Concierge at Hilton Prague, you’ll be the go-to expert, turning every request into a tailor-made experience. You will:

·         Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail

·         Provide expert recommendations for dining, attractions, events, and hidden gems in Prague

·         Coordinate reservations, city tours, transportation, tickets, and special requests

·         Build strong relationships with local partners to secure exclusive experiences

·         Collaborate with Front Office and other departments to deliver seamless guest service

·         Handle challenges and last-minute requests with poise and creativity

Job requirements

What we’re looking for?

We’re searching for a passionate, knowledgeable, and guest-focused individual who brings:

·         Excellent knowledge of Prague, from its famous landmarks to its best-kept secrets

·         Previous experience in hospitality, ideally in a concierge or front office position

·         Outstanding communication and presentation skills

·         Fluent spoken and written English (additional languages are a plus)

·         Familiarity with Opera hotel system is an advantage
