As a Chef de Partie at Seven North Restaurant, you will take a lead role in delivering high-quality, Mediterranean-inspired cuisine in a fast-paced, dynamic kitchen environment. You'll be responsible for managing your own section, supporting the broader kitchen team, and ensuring consistent delivery of dishes that reflect the bold and creative culinary vision of Chef Eyal Shani. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting restaurant concept within the Sir Prague Hotel.

What would be your main tasks:

Kitchen Operations

• Take ownership of a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., grill, garnish, pastry) and ensure all mise en place and service tasks are completed to standard.
• Execute the relevant dishes to your section with precision, creativity, and consistency.
• Assist and acquire knowledge in other stations and departments of the kitchen.
• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations, including setup, service, and close-down procedures.
• Uphold and express the culinary identity of Seven North through every dish served.

Food Quality & Presentation

• Ensure all dishes leaving your section meet the restaurant's visual and flavor standards.
• Maintain portion control and presentation guidelines while allowing space for innovation aligned with the brand's style.
• Respond proactively to guest feedback and special dietary requests, ensuring satisfaction and consistency.

Food Safety & Hygiene

• Comply fully with food hygiene regulations and HACCP procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.
• Ensure safe storage and accurate labeling of ingredients and prepared items.

Inventory & Stock Management

• Monitor stock levels and communicate any shortfalls or excess to the Sous Chef.
• Assist in receiving, checking, and properly storing deliveries.
• Support waste management and cost control by following portioning and storage standards.

Teamwork & Leadership

• Work collaboratively with the entire kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service and a positive work environment.
• Supervise and support Commis and Demi Chefs and kitchen assistants within your section.
• Participate in daily briefings, tastings, and training sessions to support team growth and consistency.

General Support

• Be flexible in supporting other areas of the kitchen or restaurant as needed, particularly during events or peak service.
• Represent the Sir Hotels ethos and the Seven North concept with professionalism, passion, and authenticity.

Your profile:

- At least 3 years of experience in the kitchen

- Passionate about the job and willing to learn new things
