We are currently looking for an on-call addition to our Front Office team. Do you enjoy customer service, feel confident working with systems, and have no problem remembering all the important information about the hotel?

What we expect from you

Fluent English (Czech is an advantage).
Experience in a similar role within a 5-star or luxury hotel.
Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.
The ability to make quick decisions and handle situations calmly.
Enthusiasm, energy, and a genuine enjoyment of working with people.
EU citizenship or a valid work permit for the Czech Republic.

What you can expect in this role

Welcoming guests with a smile and a professional approach.
Handling check-in and check-out, with attention to each guest’s individual needs.
Having excellent knowledge of the hotel, restaurant, bar, and café offerings.
Working closely with colleagues across departments to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
Answering questions regarding rooms, services, and rates.
Actively communicating with guests throughout their stay.
Offering additional services, including room upgrades.
Working with Opera PMS and MS Office.
Taking part in meetings and training sessions to support your development.
Shifts are from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, or based on operational needs and mutual agreement.
