We are looking for an experienced and passionate cook to join our team in a luxury hotel environment. If you are creative, enjoy challenges, and want to contribute to unforgettable gastronomic experiences, we would love to hear from you. Your role will focus on preparing and serving outstanding dishes from our menu, with strong attention to ingredient quality and artistic presentation.

Náplň práce

• Provide friendly, professional, and timely service to guests.
• Take room service orders by phone, answer menu questions, accurately enter orders into the MICROS/POS system, and provide estimated delivery times.
• Confirm order details, communicate special requests, allergies, and dietary requirements to the kitchen.
• Promote menu items and upsell when appropriate.
• Handle guest questions, requests, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain excellent telephone etiquette and clear communication with guests, coworkers, and other departments.
• Process payments accurately and follow all cash-handling and accounting procedures.
• Communicate service delays and follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas using clean-as-you-go practices.
• Follow all company policies, safety, security, privacy, and confidentiality procedures.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to ensure excellent guest service.
• Complete required closing reports and other assigned duties.
• Provide basic knowledge and assistance regarding menu items and wines when required.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift/carry items up to 10 pounds.
