We are a team of passionate hotel professionals and we are currently recruiting a Spa Concierge.
The Spa Concierge will be responsible for the smooth running of Spa & Wellness, booking all Spa treatments, explaining services to guests, for any POS sales including retail, checking in, and checking out all guests in a professional manner.
Responsibilities in the role will include, but not be limited to:
- Support company’s philosophy and company culture by Departmental Legendary Quality Experiences (LQE’S) and Company’s Pillars to delight our Guests and to ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the Spa & Wellness.
- Follow all Spa & Wellness standards and operating procedures.
- Assist in the smooth flow of the guest’s journey and therapist schedule throughout the day.
- Ensure a warm friendly welcome to all guests at all times. Greets all guests upon their arrival, gives new guests tours of property and offer return guests “re-orientations”.
- Organize appointment scheduling to maximize use of time and profitability whilst ensuring that the guests needs are of first importance.
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the entire Spa & Wellness.
- To ensure that reception, changing areas, facilities, relaxation rooms and displays are tidy, clean and stocked at all times.
- Act as the Professional Rescuer in the event of an emergency.
- Participate in the Hotel sustainability initiative through energy conservation and the use of recycling programs and materials.
- Monitor and maintain the chemical levels in the pool. Advise and answer fitness based questions if possible, or seek assistance from external trainer.
- Ensure that all spa charges are put through Spa Soft using the correct procedure.
- Ensure that all discounted marketing charges for treatments and products and e-mails are handled efficiently.
- Reviewing the visual book for the day and the following day to ensure that everything is booked correctly and efficiently for revenue maximization.
- Complete daily financial reports at close of business and send to Accounts Complete daily financial pick-up.
- Attend and adhere to all training courses as set by the Spa Director
Requirements:
- Customer focused
- Able to solve problems calmly and effectively
- Must have good telephone skills and follow the telephone etiquette
- Czech language (native or very good command) English knowledge
- Experience in a similar position or in a luxury boutique/shop is an advantage
- Working permit for EU required
