A Tortilla Maker meticulously crafts tortillas, ensuring quality and consistency. Responsibilities include mixing ingredients, operating machinery, and maintaining cleanliness. Tasks demand precision, adherence to recipes, and efficient production.
Responsibilities:
· Tortilla Production: Oversee the entire tortilla-making process, including dough preparation, rolling, cooking, and packaging, ensuring consistency and quality.
· Recipe Development and Standardization: Develop and refine recipes to meet company standards and customer preferences, optimizing for both taste and shelf life.
· Training and Development: Train junior staff on tortilla-making techniques and best practices, ensuring consistency and upholding production standards.
· Ingredient Management: Monitor ingredient quality and inventory, working with suppliers to source high-quality, authentic ingredients.
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 to 15 years of previous Experience in International RestaurantsDegree in Culinary Arts or a related field or training.Previous experience in buffet operations.
