The newest addition to the Sir Hotels family and Sircle Collection's inaugural property in the historic city center, opening soon, will be situated near the picturesque Vltava River. Our boutique hotel will showcase 76 meticulously designed rooms, a delightful library, a boutique Spa, state-of-the-art fitness amenities, and the acclaimed Seven North restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Services:

* Provide exceptional service to guests, addressing overnight inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

* Handle late check-ins, early check-outs, and ensure a smooth night audit process.

Operational Oversight:

* Supervise night operations, ensuring all departments are functioning effectively and upholding brand standards.

* Monitor hotel safety and security, addressing incidents or emergencies in line with established protocols.

Night Audit and Reporting:

* Perform nightly financial audits, prepare daily reports, and ensure accurate handovers to the morning team.

* Collaborate with the Guest Service Manager and Front Office Manager to identify and resolve operational challenges.

Emergency Response:

* Act as the point of contact for emergencies, ensuring guest and staff safety through effective crisis management.

* Coordinate with external services, such as medical or security personnel, when necessary.

* English needs to be spoken and written fluently.

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-focused mindset. Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
