Fairmont Golden Prague is looking for experienced Sushi Chef to become part of our small kitchen team at one of our kitchen outlets.

Náplň práce

* Cooperate closely with kitchen team, especially Chef de Cuisine to create the menu.

* Cooperate with Bar Manager to pair the food with our exceptional drinks and cocktails.

* Prepare and present high-quality sushi options for our guests.

* Be creative and innovative, following latest trends and be proactive with new ideas, ingredients and techniques.

* Ensure all food is prepared and presented according to our standards.

Požadujeme

* Proven experience as a Sushi Chef .

* Knowledge of traditional and modern sushi-making techniques.

* Passion for Asian cuisine and a commitment to excellence.

* English language is a must, Czech language is an advantage.

* Valid working visa/residence permit for Czech Republic.
