We are looking for a visionary General Manager with a proven track record in luxury hospitality and real estate to help us unlock the full potential of our Prague-based ventures.

This is a strategic leadership role focused on business growth, investor relations, and building key partnerships. You will act as the face of our expansion — bridging the worlds of hospitality, premium property management, and real estate investment.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure new business opportunities within the luxury hospitality and real estate segment in Prague

Proactively build and manage relationships with HNWIs, private investors, developers, and strategic partners

Drive the growth of our facility management services for high-end short-term rental properties

Lead negotiations with banks and financial institutions regarding project financing

Define and execute an expansion and investment strategy in close collaboration with ownership

Represent our brand with confidence, credibility, and professionalism at the highest level

Požadujeme

Proven leadership experience as General Manager or Executive within luxury hotels, branded residences, or hospitality groups

Deep understanding of the Prague real estate market and investor expectations

Strong background in business development, strategic sales, and investment structuring

Experienced in negotiating financing and partnerships with banks and financial institutions

Well-connected within the local network of HNWIs, family offices, and premium real estate stakeholders

Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, fluent in both Czech and English
