Sir Hotels is headed to Prague! 

The newest addition to the Sir Hotels family and Sircle Collection's inaugural property in the historic city center is opening soon near the picturesque Vltava River. Our boutique hotel will feature 76 meticulously designed rooms, a delightful library, state-of-the-art fitness amenities, and the acclaimed Seven North restaurant. 

What would be your main tasks:

- Ensure that all mise-en-place is always freshly prepared and on time

- Ensure that all dishes are being prepared to the correct recipe and to the correct quantity

- Anticipated shortages and communicate promptly to the senior chefs.

- Strive to study relevant subjects in preparation for future advancement

- Ensure all HACCP guidelines are being followed and practiced

Your experience: 

At least 1 year experience in kitchen, ability to learn and advance
