👨‍🍳 We're Hiring: Commis Chef for Banqueting at Almanac X Alcron Prague!

Our kitchen is led by Executive Chef Josef Křížek and Head Chef Richard Bielik, with the banqueting section run by Sous Chef Vikram.

We’re writing a new chapter in European gastronomy. Alcron is back in the spotlight – last year we earned 2 toques from Gault&Millau, and we’re aiming even higher. Come be part of the journey!

What’s the job about?

Your main focus will be helping with buffet prep for events.

When there are no events, you’ll jump into the hotel kitchen flow – from business lunches and à la carte dinners to staff canteen meals.

Expect 12-hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Following HACCP and hotel standards is a must.

What we’re looking for:

Passion for food, eagerness to learn, and a positive attitude.

1–2 years of experience in a professional kitchen (ideally hotel or catering).

Basic English – enough to get by in the kitchen.
