An Italian–Spanish restaurant is looking for a Chef de Partie to manage the grill section.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Independent management of the section
- Cleaning and portioning fish & meat
- Preparation of fish, meat and side dishes
- Working closely with the kitchen team to maintain high standards
- Strong focus on organization, cleanliness, and mission en place
WORKING HOURS
- Weekdays: 11:00 – 22:00
- Weekends: 11:00 – 22:30
OPENING DAYS
- Currently open 5 days a week: Tuesday – Saturday
- Sunday & Monday closed
SCHEDULE
- Long week / short week rotation
- Until April: work 4 days per week
- Any extra days are paid separately
