We are looking for a Bellman / Doorman on-call to join our Front Office team. You will be one of the first people our guests meet — and often the last one they remember. This role is about much more than opening doors or helping with luggage. It is about creating a warm first impression, noticing the small details, and making every arrival and departure feel smooth, personal, and effortless. You will be part of a hotel where Alcron’s heritage meets contemporary hospitality, local discovery, and genuine care for every guest.

Assisting guests with luggage during arrival, departure, and room moves.

Opening doors, providing transportation support, and helping ensure smooth traffic flow in front of the hotel.

Being present in the lobby and at the hotel entrance as a helpful, visible point of contact.

Giving basic information about the hotel, our outlets, and the surrounding area.

Supporting the Reception and Garage team whenever needed.

Helping guests with small requests and making sure they feel cared for.

Keeping the entrance and lobby area tidy, elegant, and guest-ready.

Working flexible shifts based on business needs.

What makes you a match

Previous experience in hospitality, ideally in a hotel, front office, bellman, doorman, or guest-facing role.

You enjoy meeting people and naturally make guests feel welcome.

You are reliable, flexible, and ready to help where needed.

You have common sense, attention to detail, and a positive mindset.

You stay calm and friendly even when things get busy.

You are physically able to assist with luggage.

You speak conversational English. Czech or other languages are an advantage.

You care about guests and their experience.

An EU passport or a valid work authorization in the Czech Republic is a must.
