We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Controller to oversee the financial operations of a growing restaurant group with multiple venues and legal entities.

This role will play a key part in ensuring financial accuracy, cash flow control, cost management, reporting, and process improvement across the business.

Náplň práce

What You'll Be Responsible For

Financial Control & Reporting

Oversee daily financial operations across all business entities.

Monitor company performance, revenue, costs, and profitability.

Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for management.

Analyze P&L statements and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

Monitor cash flow and working capital across the business.

Ensure financial data accuracy and completeness.

Accounts Payable & Financial Administration

Oversee invoice processing and approval workflows.

Ensure supplier payments are managed according to agreed timelines.

Monitor financial documentation and compliance.

Coordinate with external accountants and auditors.

Business Partnering

Support management with financial analysis and decision-making.

Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Analyze trends and provide recommendations to improve profitability.

Work closely with operational managers to improve financial discipline.

Process Improvement

Develop and improve financial controls and procedures.

Create clear documentation and process guidelines.

Support automation and efficiency initiatives.

Ensure consistency across all venues and entities.

Požadujeme

What We're Looking For

Experience in Financial Controller, Finance Manager, Senior Accountant, or similar role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Advanced Excel skills.

Experience working with multiple entities or multi-site operations is an advantage.

Professional proficiency in English.

Czech language is an advantage but not mandatory.

Experience in hospitality, retail, or multi-location operations is highly desirable.

Proactive, organized, and commercially minded approach.
