What You'll Be Responsible For

Financial Analysis

Analyze revenue, costs, margins, and profitability across all venues.

Monitor financial performance against budgets and targets.

Prepare regular management reports and dashboards.

Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Business Performance Monitoring

Support monthly and weekly financial reviews.

Analyze labor costs, food costs, supplier expenses, and operational KPIs.

Partner with venue managers to understand performance drivers.

Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.

Reporting & Data Management

Maintain financial reports and analytical tools.

Improve data quality and reporting accuracy.

Support ad-hoc business analysis and special projects.

Provide recommendations based on financial and operational data.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Business Analysis, or Finance.

Strong analytical mindset.

Advanced Excel skills.

Experience with reporting tools and financial systems.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to explain financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Professional proficiency in English.

Czech language is an advantage but not mandatory.

Experience in hospitality, retail, or consumer-facing businesses is a plus.
