We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Junior Finance & Administration Coordinator to support our finance team with daily administrative and financial operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, documents, and processes while developing their finance and business administration skills.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Financial Administration
Collect, organize, and process invoices from all business locations.
Verify documentation and ensure records are complete and accurate.
Upload and categorize invoices within financial systems.
Support payment preparation and tracking.
Assist with cash flow administration and documentation.
Administrative Support
Manage finance-related email communication.
Coordinate with suppliers regarding invoices and documentation.
Prepare documents required by the accounting team.
Maintain organized financial records and archives.
Follow up on missing invoices and supporting documentation.
Operational Support
Assist with monthly reporting activities.
Support managers in submitting required financial documentation.
Monitor completion of monthly financial submissions from venue managers.
Provide general administrative support to the finance team.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in administration, finance support, accounting support, or office administration is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Diligent, organized, and reliable personality.
Good Microsoft Excel and Office skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Professional proficiency in English.
Czech language is an advantage but not mandatory.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
