- Responsibility for the smooth operation of Front Office
- Keeping and responsibility for implementing standards and concepts
- Responsibility for all FO financial operations
- Leadership and standard training of Lindner Hotel Prague staff and responsibility for their compliance
- Contact with guests, troubleshooting and complaints

Požadujeme

- several years of management experience in the 4- or 5-star hotel
- likes to work in a structured enviroment, with clearly defined responsibilities and pragmatic tasks
- he&she likes to help others and is customer-oriented
- leadership - provides direction and sets a good example, thus creating a solid bases of trust
- professionalism - is dynamic and energetic and delivers results
- acts as Manager on Duty
- monitoring employees knowledge of all hotel facilities
