Bartender – Argentinian Steakhouse (3–4 Evening Shifts per Week)

At our Argentinian steakhouse, we believe great hospitality is about more than serving food and drinks. It's about creating an atmosphere where guests feel genuinely welcomed, cared for, and excited to come back.

We are currently looking for a Bartender to join our team for 3–4 evening shifts per week. This role is ideal for someone looking for regular part-time work, with the possibility of occasional full-day shifts.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere at the bar
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation
• Support the floor team during busy service periods
• Manage stock levels and report inventory needs
• Follow company standards, recipes, and service procedures
• Help deliver an exceptional guest experience every shift

What We're Looking For

• Previous bartending experience is preferred
• Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
• Ability to stay calm and organized during busy service
• Reliability and strong work ethic
• Good communication skills and team spirit
• English required; Czech or Spanish is an advantage
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts
