Job description

• Process individual and group reservations with accuracy and care
• Handle accommodation enquiries including banquet services
• Communicate with guests on a daily basis
• Coordinate group stays and events, briefing all relevant departments
• Set up event signage and wayfinding
• Manage billing for individual and group reservations and events
• Prepare accommodation confirmation letters for visa and residency purposes
• Participate in property tours and client events

Job requirements

• At least one year of experience in a hotel administration environment
• Experience in an event, reservation or sales department is an advantage
• Excellent written and spoken communication in Czech and English, additional languages are welcome
• A guest-oriented approach Strong organisational skills, reliability, and a sense of responsibility
• A sharp eye for numbers: rates, invoices, commissions, and payment tracking
• A collaborative mindset and a genuine commitment to high standards
• Experience with Mews PMS and STS Cloud is an advantage
• Strong administrative skills and confidence with computers
