MEMENTO restaurant, located in the heart of Prague (Malá Strana) and specializing in modern Italian and Spanish cuisine, is looking for an experienced pizzaiolo to join its team.

An Italian-Spanish restaurant is looking for a chef to manage the pizzeria.

Emphasis on organization, cleanliness and a well-prepared workplace.

WORKING HOURS

Weekdays: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Weekends: 11:00 AM – 10:30 PM

OPENING DAYS

Open 5 days a week: Tuesday - Saturday

EVALUATION SERIES

Long/short week system

Any additional days are charged separately.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Independent management of the pizza department

Preparing dough according to exact recipes

Daily preparation of bread, focaccia, grissini and brioche

Close collaboration with the kitchen team to maintain high standards

Emphasis on organization, cleanliness and a well-prepared workplace
