MEMENTO restaurant, located in the heart of Prague (Malá Strana), specializing in modern Italian and Spanish cuisine, is looking for an experienced pizzaiola to join our team.

🔥 WE ARE LOOKING FOR – CHEF DE PARTIE (PIZZA)

An Italian-Spanish restaurant is looking for a Chef de Partie to manage the pizza department.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Independent management of the pizza section

Preparing dough according to exact recipes

Daily preparation of bread, focaccia, grissini and pan brioche

Close collaboration with the kitchen team to maintain high standards

Emphasis on organization, cleanliness and a well-prepared workplace

WORKING HOURS

On weekdays: 11:00 – 22:00

Weekends: 11:00 AM – 10:30 PM

OPENING DAYS

Open 5 days a week: Tuesday - Saturday

SCHEDULE

Long/short week system

Any additional days are paid separately.
